Craving Crepes presents consumers with crepes that will surpass their expectations in quality and taste. Code of ethics:

Craving crepes is the leading distributor of natural foods and has maintained a long-term commitment to professional conduct and high ethical standards. The integrity of our people, as well as, our ethical principles, have driven the company’s standards.

These standards are:

  1. To comply in all respects with al the laws and regulations applicable to our business and to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct throughout the operation of our business and in our dealings with employees, customers and competitors.
  2. To treat all partners with dignity and respect and to provide equal treatment without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, are or physical or mental disabilities; while recognizing that the company is made up of individuals – each of whom has different capabilities and potentials – all of which are necessary for the success of the company.
  3. To take action to address employee questions, concerns, or complaints regarding unsafe working conditions of their employment, and to provide coworkers with information relevant to the process of voicing their questions.
  4. To continually plan for the future so that we can control our destiny instead of letting events overtake us; making all decisions in the light of what is right for the good of the whole company, rather than what is expedient in a given situation.
  5. To deal with customers and potential customers honestly and fairly. We value our fair trade with our customers and our sponsors. We don’t tolerate any corruption.  Bribes, kickbacks, under-the-table payments or other similar improper favours to customers or their representatives are not to be given or accepted.
  6. To recognize that our customers, suppliers, co-workers, shareholders and the communities that we serve are the reason for our existence and that we maintain a focus on all of our constituencies as we run our business in an ethical and forthright manner.

The integrity of the company’s record keeping and reporting systems will be respected at all times. Employees are forbidden to use, authorize or condone the us of “off-the-books” bookkeeping, secret accounts, unrecorded bank accounts, slush funds, falsified books or any other devices that could be utilized to distort records or reports of the company true operating results and financial conditions.
 
 As individuals and as a corporate body, we must endeavour to uphold these standards so that we may be respected as individuals and as an organization. Its important that these high standards be respected and observed in all contacts made by our coworkers with customers, suppliers and then general public, as well as their fellow workers.

Partners of the company have a responsibility to act in the best interests of the company. They must maintain the highest degree of integrity to assure the company’s ability to conduct its business at the same level. Specifically, coworkers have an obligation to avoid any involvement, where the possibility of some private or personal advantage or gain could produce a conflict between self-interest and the interest of the company.

The employees of craving crepes will have a dress code while selling our product. The dress code is that u must always wear your craving crepes top with the required Bialik skirt or pants. This top will have our logo on it and it will be personalized with each members nickname. 

At craving crepes our employees treat all our customers with respect. Whether it’s a student, teacher or anyone else we treat everyone equally. We make sure to meet everyone’s demands and to keep our customers happy and willing to come back for more. All our employees are pleasant, polite and accommodate our customer’s needs. 

Our crepes are full of nutrition and taste. We don’t test our product on animals and we are environmentally friendly. Are products are also fully kosher.
